Step inside the barrel room for a true grain-to-glass experience. Our Whiskey Thief Tasting features cask-strength pours drawn directly from some of our very first 53-gallon barrels, laid down 4–5 years ago.

Led by our distilling team, you’ll be guided through the rich notes shaped by local grains and American charred oak barrels, the elements that define our whiskey from barrel to bottle.

No reservation required. Guests will sample multiple bourbons straight from the cask, exactly as the whiskey rests, untouched and uncut. Bottle purchases of your favorite are available.
