Step inside the barrel room for a true grain-to-glass experience. Our Whiskey Thief events are reservation-only and feature cask-strength pours drawn directly from our very first 53-gallon barrels, laid down 4–5 years ago.

Led by our distilling team, you’ll be guided through the rich notes shaped by local grains, American charred oak -the elements that define our whiskey from barrel to bottle.

 

Guests will sample multiple bourbons straight from the cask, exactly as the whiskey rests, untouched and uncut. Bottle purchases to-go are available.
