Our Honey Whiskey Small Batch is a delicious blend of 2-3 year old barrel aged Corn Whiskies blended with local honey. At first smell, you are met with an aroma of sweet honey and toasted oak. Not too sweet, our Honey Whiskey boasts delicate honey notes that blend seamlessly into a finely aged whiskey finish. Proofed at 97, this Whiskey is smooth sipped neat. When served on ice, the honey sweetens slightly as the Whiskey opens up with an amazing finish!
